Delete your JRM Compliance account

You can request deletion of your JRM Compliance account and its associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email joe@jrmcompliance.com from the email address registered to your account.
2. Use the subject: Delete my JRM Compliance account.
3. Include your full name and registered email address.
4. Do not include your password.

We may contact you to verify your identity. We will normally complete the request within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

Your account, profile information and personal data associated with the JRM Compliance service will be deleted or anonymised.

Data that may be retained

Information required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes may be retained for up to six years. Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are removed through the normal backup-retention cycle.

If your account is controlled by an employer or customer organisation, that organisation may be the data controller. We may need to refer the request to them.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through Google Play before requesting account deletion.
