  2. See the job details. Property address, the certificate needed, and the landlord's details for the certificate.
  3. Quote or accept. Submit your price, or confirm a pre-agreed one. The landlord accepts with one click.
  4. Propose booking slots. Offer dates and times; the landlord (or tenant) picks one.
  5. Contact the tenant — with consent. Once the tenant approves, their name and number appear on the job so you can arrange access.
  6. Upload the certificate. Attach the completed certificate as your proof of work. The landlord is notified and the record updates automatically.
